Markets Rise On Broad Based Rally - U.S. Commentary []
U.S. stocks are continuing to climb higher on Tuesday, as the markets experience a broad-based rally after Wal-Mart (WMT) reported strong quarterly results and Goldman Sachs (GS) made positive comments.
